Why does Thai Chi work?

Thai chi is a wonderful exercise that anyone can do but mostly older people above 30 will feel the real benefits from.

We all have heard in the recent years about focus and intention and what you think about, grows on your life. The body does not know who it is, what is going on inside and what it needs.

One simple example to illustrate this is by the way we grow up or our hair grows, humans tend to notice things in chinks or suddenly, this give ideas impacts and makes them stand out in the mind. Therefore it's much easier and more helpful to have different - but valued - perspectives on your body and your life.
Applying this to health we get the need for the body to be told what going on inside it. All too often we notice a tight muscle or a lump or a strange out of place sensation in the body when it's too late.
Thai Chi is a body programming exercise that brings to surface the bodies early warning system for disease and then with awareness of that the conscious AND the subconscious can get to work on halting any minor or major disasters.

The Alien inside - Bad Bacteria, bad news

Bacteria - A second life.

A life which has a mind of it's own and sometimes a frightening amount of control over it's host.

Bad bacteria can tell us what to eat and what to feel and how our body functions - It literally takes over our body - an alien intrusion left undisturbed is given what it wants.

Proteins and fatty acids and amino acids are some of the most important body building blocks in the body and bacteria can mess with the lot.

No wonder the 7 deadly sins are being broken so many times. We can't help it. But you know it's time to fight back, it's time to breed a new strength in our minds and bodies and stand against these intrusions. I don't think anyone could grasp the amount of decisions made NOT by us.

This is why it's so important to get used to doing at least 3 things a day that you don't feel like doing but know you should.

Don't let the bacteria tell us what to eat, take control and feed your body with things that are good. One thing I have noticed about effective people is that they get up, sleep and eat at the right time. It sounds simple but if your honest I think we all know how hard it is.
Thats already quite a few numbers crossed of the list of things you don't want to do but know you should.
