About me - I am what I ate and don't dislike

About me:
I am a sufferer of IBS (irritable bowl syndrome) and I also have Celiac disease, it seems as if I have had a deadly combination of two big problems that affect over 10% of the UK’s population today and possibly more.

I contracted my stomach problems after my stay in China, which was initially a wheat-based or Gluten intolerance. One day after a bowl of Pasta my heart snapped and my blood pressure dropped like a lead brick my whole body went numb and cold and my heart was racing a mile a minute.

I was taken to Hospital in China and that’s where I stayed for over a week hardly able to sit up with out triggering an irregular heartbeat. Imagine a man of 26 feeling like he just had a heart attack.

Here I became HYPER sensitive to anger and stress and was able to locate the direct effect of any feeling or emotion on my body. I was amazed, even the slightest annoyed thought toward a Chinese farmer staring at the foreigner (ME) in the Chinese hospital would be enough to give me heart palpitations.

I was also able to locate the exact site of my problems as well as my build up of stress and tense muscle system around my intestines and stomach. Being able to control these however is a different matter.

“I subconsciously store my stress in my stomach area”

My irregular heartbeat has been directly linked (by my own research) to my stress and also my stomach problems. There is a muscle that joins the heart to the pelvis area which should be exercised and stretched every day by stretching like they do on keep fit videos. Also lie down on your side and breath in deeply and have some one push the underside of your rib cage up, thereby stretching your side and stomach muscles.

I have been feeling incredibly tired after dinner and lunch and would sometimes sleep, the side affect of sleeping after food is the inability to digest food as your lying down.

I have dedicated much of my spare time to the research of medicines that don’t involve doctors, as doctors have never been able to tell me that I have ANYTHING wrong with me at all. I have taken to the web by storm to bring the ultimate in health products and heath business opportunities.

In the following months and years I hope to build up one of the most comprehensive and informative places on the net you can find out about “what the heck is really going on down there?”

I hope I will be able to say this with conviction on every blog as my own personal catchphrase, help me make it mine!

“I’ve done the hard work, so you don’t have to”

“Remember, always do your research”
