Is it best to eat sugar with fat?

Why does the sweet go with the savory so well?
It's so true and I have no answer for why it not been done more and packaged up for us in the shops, I even took about 10 minutes to find a decent picture of a chocolate covered crisps/chips searching through Google! I'm highly shocked and disappointed.

Any way back to the original point, I'm pretty sure the body knows whats good for you and whats not, sometimes .... but when it comes to eating a bar of chocolate there is nothing i feel like having at the same time other than a nice back of ready slated crispins.

It's the fat in the crisps that makes the sugar burn slower in your stomach effectively lowering the GI impact on the blood stream. THIS IS WHY! it taste so good to eat, savory and sweet were meant to go together ... ever had cheese with honey on toast? I used to all the time and it the best :)

If you want to make the sugar burn for a while in the belly .... add fat! it's not good for you but it's good to help keep the sugar ups small and so the sugar downs small too.
